🚀 Under WP2, we assessed the building’s Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) and its main energy loads (heating, cooling, electricity), both before and after renovation.

🔧 A platform was also developed, integrating INTEMA.building (CERTH’s energy simulation tool) with the SRI tool, which now also includes energy efficiency and financial performance features. It even gives smartness improvement recommendations, with a focus on electrification.

📡 In WP3, data from 20 dormitory rooms is being collected through the Greek IoT platform. We’ve also defined use cases and KPIs for all pilot sites.

🧠 In WP4, Black-box MPC experiments are ongoing : we are testing different occupancy profiles, refining control strategies, and integrating weather forecasts.

🏘️ In WP5, simulations of energy demand across all residential buildings are complete. ✅ Flexibility evaluations are ongoing, and models are being built to understand demand and flexibility at the neighborhood scale.
