The SEEDS project will be represented at the ECTP Conference 2026, taking place on 26–27 May 2026 at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie in Brussels.

As part of the conference programme, SEEDS will contribute to the session “From Data to Decarbonisation: Turning Digital Intelligence into Climate Performance”, held on 27 May from 09:00 to 10:15.

Turning digital intelligence into climate performance

This session will explore how large-scale research and integrated digital platforms are helping to redefine sustainable construction. From archetype-based urban modelling to real-time site monitoring, the discussions will highlight how European research and innovation can transform data-driven solutions into measurable climate action across the entire building lifecycle.

The session will be chaired by Javier Bonilla from Acciona Construction and Rita Moura from PTPC.

SEEDS innovations in action

Representing SEEDS, Rongling Li, Associate Professor at the Department of Civil and Mechanical Engineering, Technical University of Denmark, will present the project’s work on data-driven innovation.

Her contribution will focus on SEEDS innovations, including live demonstrations of data-driven models working in real-life conditions, as well as insights into how data can support smarter and more sustainable building solutions.

Through this presentation, SEEDS will show how digital tools and models can help bridge the gap between research, practical implementation and climate performance in the built environment.
