The final day of our three-day meeting focused on collaborative workshops and strategic discussions, wrapping up an inspiring and productive gathering for the SEEDS consortium. 💪

Morning sessions were dedicated to Workshop 2 (WP3, WP4, WP5) led by KU Leuven, Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), and Jozef Stefan Institute, exploring the pilot workflow across SEEDS EU project demonstration sites.

The exchanges covered :
National grid policies and energy flexibility markets in pilot countries,
Pilot presentations on Model Predictive Control (MPC) approaches, from white-box to grey and black-box models,
A lively discussion fostering cross-pilot learning and replication potential.

🎥 In parallel, interviews were recorded for the upcoming video of the Hungarian pilot site.

The afternoon continued with Workshop 3 (WP6) led by RINA, focusing on replicability and scalability.

Pilot teams shared their progress and engaged with follower sites to discuss needs, priorities, and lessons learned: a crucial step toward wider adoption of SEEDS solutions.

The day (and consortium meeting) concluded with an open discussion and closing session led by DTU – Technical University of Denmark, summarizing key outcomes and reinforcing the consortium’s shared ambition : to make smart, efficient, and flexible building systems a reality across Europe.

A big thank you to ÉMI Nonprofit Kft. for hosting us and to all partners for their active contributions and teamwork throughout these three days in Hungary ! 🇪🇺
