We are excited to welcome ÉMI as a vital partner in the SEEDS project!

Collaborating with FairCity and the 16th district municipality, ÉMI focuses on disseminating information and fostering participation among local stakeholders, including building owners, facility managers, and occupants. Their efforts ensure a smooth transition to sustainable energy solutions and promote community involvement. They also contribute to implementing solar PV and VRV heating/cooling systems and address architectural integration challenges.

ÉMI’s expertise will drive innovation through the use of BIM and digital twin technologies, developing scalable solutions and exploring new business models. Their focus on stakeholder engagement will be crucial in communicating project outcomes through site visits, workshops, and webinars.
