We are thrilled to welcome Siemens as a partner in the SEEDS project!
Siemens Zrt., a subsidiary of the global technology leader Siemens, is contributing to the SEEDS project by implementing a Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system integrated with the SICAM MGC energy management system via Modbus TCP. This technology enhances energy efficiency and grid stability while enabling demand response by managing electrical energy on-site and balancing renewable energy supply with consumption.
To tackle technical challenges, Siemens is adapting their solutions for a residential pilot in Hungary, ensuring comfort while minimizing electricity usage. Their modular approach supports multiple communication protocols for seamless integration with various subsystems.
Siemens is focused on leveraging insights from the pilot to refine their technology. By gathering feedback during installation and operation, they aim to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring their solutions are scalable and adaptable for broader adoption in the pursuit of a sustainable energy future.
