As a local welfare organisation, Mintus aims to raise awareness, disseminate knowledge and encourage authorities to align both regulations and subsidy mechanisms with sustainable solutions. 

They wish to demonstrate that heritage can be made sustainable at an affordable cost, disseminating knowledge by organizing a workshop; featuring articles from their partners; and hosting an open house at their pilot project targeted at property owners, construction experts, and local governments.

Mintus believes European cities rich in heritage should be climate-resilient. To accelerate this transition, a stronger and faster adoption of new technologies is essential while remaining respectful towards heritage. A symbiosis between respecting heritage and investing in innovation and sustainability must be sought.
